It is unfortunately usual in France that services don't care much about the customer, doesn't mean its good. I cannot see a problem in answering a phone or replying the email.

I have asked for XS Edge, as it was in the original shoe, I have a fairly new miura at home, the difference in touch and while climbing is noticeable, no idea if he used different one, or old, or finishing is different. Anything I would notice before.

It means that I have seen dozens of resoled shoes as its a very common practice in the country I come from. They may not last as long as the new ones, but the shoe afterwards usually looks almost like new, even 2nd, 3rd, 4th time. Basically as long as the fabric is good. I often did the hardest routes in the shoes freshly resoled, as they had fresh rubber, perfect shape and already a stretched to my feet.
In French or in English ?
In French. I took my time to make it easy for him, sent 2 emails and tried to call 5-6 times. He didnt bother to answer. And at first I just wanted to confirm the price and payment method.
The next time I will just send shoes where I used to before. I thought its not worth to ship it abroad, as it takes time. But now I am sure it was a way to go. Especially here it wasn't fast either.
As you can see from the picture, the shape of the shoe is completely lost, it's at most good enough for some indoor climbing. And it is getting worse after I used it 3-4 times.
In fact the picture of my Miuras got now popular in some groups to show why you should NOT resole shoes.. If I need to, I'd try the one you recommended, but now I just wouldn't like to risk again. This pair is gone, fine. At least some of my friends gave up this guy, so there is a profit.
